As the Dealer Sales Manager, you are responsible to lead the sales team to create an exceptional experience for the customers. - Relevant degree/diploma in Business Management and/or MBA.
- Minimum 5 years’ management experience in a premium service industry.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook & Teams.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility of motivating sales consultants and managing negotiations with customers, appraising trade-in processes, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring efficient inventory management.
- Set performance objectives for the sales team while adhering to Porsche operating standards.
- Analyze the business, accurately finalise aftersales reporting and forecasting, in line with group reporting framework.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to enhance performance, aiming to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Drive performance of the workshop technician team to maximise efficiency, productivity and utilization.
- Ensure compliance with group financial processes, standard operating procedure and relevant health and safety regulations.

As the Porsche Marketing & CRM Manager, your role entails comprehensive oversight of personnel within the Marketing, Public Relations (PR), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with the responsibility of managing a prestigious brand.

- Experience in project management and/or long-term strategic marketing planning.
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility of managing Marketing, PR and CRM department personnel.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Porsche brand and products effectively.
- Meet high customer satisfactions and going beyond to provide unique customer experience.
- Create and execute CRM strategies, improve customer experience and manage Porsche Marketing & CRM tools.
- Manage Porsche brand profile in Brunei Darussalam in relation to PR, Brand Collaborations, Event Management, social media and product promotion.

You will welcome every customer through our doors, managing their visit by directing them to the correct department efficiently and offering refreshments throughout. You will also manage incoming calls & will be responsible for connecting the dialers to the right department promptly and managing and following up appointments.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to understand customer needs when customers are stressed or upset.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience within hospitality or luxury service industries would be an asset.
- Excellent communication skills and able to work under pressure.
