As a Porsche Sales Consultant, creating inspiring experience throughout the sales journey should be one of your strongest suits. Your daily attitude should exude excitement as you walk through the showroom door. You are to advise Porsche customers throughout their purchasing journey, and provide them with the experience of a prestigious brand.
You are the expert of Porsche models; you know their selling points like the back of your hands, you are the caretakers of dreams.
Responsibilities:
- Advise and serve the customer throughout the entire sales core process.
- Main contact person for customer within the sales process.
- Meet high customer satisfactions and going beyond to provide unique customer experience.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Porsche products and services and ability to communicate knowledge to customers.
- Ensure optimum customer centricity by building a strong relationship with the customer while familiarizing specific purchase requirements of customers.
- Increase overall customer satisfaction of the brand and brand loyalty.
- Act as a Porsche brand ambassador.
- Determined to reach monthly sales target.
- Provide to customers sales offer, vehicle evaluation and test drive.
- Strong networking and prospecting skills: generate leads and maintain data in the CRM system.
- Be at customers’ disposal at all time to provide updates and answers to enquiries.
- Arrange trade-in appraisals through pre-owned sales manager.
- Moderates the process of handling critical situations / escalations with customers.
- Handle customer feedback
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: A college graduate from Business or Technical field of study.
- Have experience in commercial automotive retail/service.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role and environment, preferably in luxury industry.

Porsche Brunei is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Social Media Specialist to join our creative Marketing team!
As a Social Media Specialist, expressing your creativity on our dreamer's story and Porsche's rich heritage through the different social media platforms whilst cultivating a stronger brand presence.
You will be the main online point-of-contact and engage with our vast online community of Porsche enthusiasts on all social media platforms. You will also be responsible for the collateral’s creation and marketing strategy for Porsche Brunei.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a business or marketing focus.
- 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, research, and writing skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders including creative and media agencies.
- Experience in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
- Strategic thinking with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proven experience leading a project from development to implementation.
- Enjoys working on multiple projects and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Knowledgeable in various type of software for digital marketing
- Experience within the automotive or luxury industries would be an asset.

As a Porsche Host, sharing your passion for our brand every day and immerse customers in the world of Porsche in a way that is inspiring.
You will welcome every customer through our doors, managing their visit by directing them to the correct department efficiently and offering refreshments throughout. You will also manage incoming calls & will be responsible for connecting the dialers to the right department promptly and managing and following up appointments.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to understand customer needs when customers are stressed or upset.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience within hospitality or luxury service industries would be an asset.
- Excellent communication skills and able to work under pressure.
