I, the test driver,

1. Undertake to indemnify QAF Eurokars Sdn Bhd (QAF Eurokars) and employees of QAF Eurokars against all liabilities for claims, demands, actions, suits, losses, cost, charges, expenses, damages, death, personal injury (whether fatal or otherwise) caused during the test drive.

2. Will bear all loss or damage to the vehicle and any other losses, damage, cost and expenses whatsoever and howsoever caused during the test drive, unless it is not claiming from QAF Eurokars’s motor insurance (subject to local insurance terms and conditions).

3. Accepts full responsibility for any and all traffic violations and penalties involving test drive vehicle and any all damage (personal and property) caused or liability incurred by the test driver resulting during the period of use. The test driver agrees the return of the car to QAF Eurokars after his/her test drive is completed in the same condition as when the car was received. The test driver is at least 21 years old and has a valid drive’s license. The test driver agrees to abide all traffic regulations and rules of the road while in possession of the vehicle and to obey instructions given by the event or facilities staff while participating in the test drive. Finally, the test driver and any passenger will use seatbelts at all times when the car is moving.
