Where are the Sports Cup locations?
Sports Cup Canada will take place at three locations:
In Ontario at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park - 3233 Concession Road 10, Bowmanville, ON L1C 3K6
In British Columbia at Area 27 Motorsports Park - 127 Area 27 Drive, Oliver, BC V0H 1T0
In Quebec at Circuit Mont-Tremblant - 1281 Chemin du Village, Mont-Tremblant, QC J8E 1G7
What are the dates of Sports Cup events?
Porsche Sports Cup Canada will offer multiple dates at each location:
In Ontario at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park – June 10,11,12, 2022
In British Columbia at Area 27 Motorsports Park – June 17,18,19, 2022
In Quebec at Circuit Mont-Tremblant – September 9,10,11, 2022
How much is the entrance fee?
The fee for each driving participant, including their vehicle will be $850 per day (Road Car Class) or $2,500 per weekend (Race Car Class). This includes participation in the track activities as well as a food and beverage voucher for the Hospitality Suite. If the driving participant would like to bring a guest, the fee per guest is $135 per day, which includes access to the public non-driving areas as well as a food and beverage voucher.
How many guests can I bring?
Due to space and safety limitations, each driving participant may bring up to three (3) paying guests. https://porschesportscupguest.limelightplatformevents.com/
How do I purchase tickets for the Porsche hospitality suite, and what are the cost?
Hospitality Suite costs are included in the registration cost. Additional guests will need to be registered afterwards with a follow-up booking / note from Porsche Canada with instructions at a cost of $135 per person, plus tax.
Where can I park my car?
Parking for non-track vehicles will be free for any paying guest. Signs will be located onsite to direct guests to the public parking areas.
What COVID-19 protocols are in place?
Each guest is responsible for the disinfection of their own vehicle, in addition to adhering to local regulations regarding Personal Protection Equipment, social distancing and travel. Common areas such as test drive vehicles, or the Hospitality Suite will be staffed by Porsche Canada and disinfected on a regular schedule.
What is the cancellation policy?
If a request is made by the Customer to cancel participation in the event, the following non-refundable portion of the Event costs will be forfeited by the Customer.

Will the event still proceed if it rains?
In the case of inclement weather preventing the driving program from running safely, the driving program will be adapted as needed and resume when safe to do so.
Track Activity FAQs
Who do I contact if I want to participate?

Is there a minimum age to drive?
Yes, all driving participants must be 25 years of age or older.
Do I need a driver’s license?
Yes, all driving participants need a full, unrestricted and valid drivers license to participate. Driving licenses from Canada, the USA, EU and international driving licenses (in English) in conjunction with a national driving license are accepted.
Do I need special insurance for my Porsche?
All participants will be responsible for providing their own insurance coverage.
Does my Porsche need to pass a safety inspection?
Yes. All driving participants will need to bring their vehicle to a Porsche Centre of their choice for a pre-event safety check.
The required safety inspection must be completed at any Porsche Centre in Canada by a Porsche Certified Technician.
How will you divide the drivers into subgroups?
During the registration process, customers will be asked to self-evaluate their skill level and provide any necessary documentation to confirm their assessment. During the event itself, participants may be reallocated to another group that is more appropriate for their skill level. Skill grouping will be at the sole discretion of Porsche Canada and its staff.
What are the skill groups?
There will be groups for each level of participant; Amateur, Advanced and Race Class. These groups may change at any time and are subject to the discretion of Porsche Canada and its staff.
To get into the higher skill group, what documents do I need to provide?
Any participant that believes their skill allows them to participate in the Advanced level will need to provide proof of racing license, advanced driving school certificate, or similar to participate.
What safety equipment do I need to participate in the driving activities?
A helmet is mandatory at all times for every participant during driving activities. Driving participants are requested to provide their own helmets and are subject to inspection by Porsche Canada staff at any time. Helmets must meet SNELL SA2015 certification standards and have the certification mark still installed. A HANS device is not required, but is recommended. A racing suit is not required for Road Class (Amateur, Advanced) participants. Porsche Canada will have some helmets available for public use but they will be limited in supply and distributed on a first-come-first-served basis.
What vehicles are allowed on-track?
For the Road Class: any Porsche road car model is allowed on track. This includes; 911, Cayman, Boxster, Cayenne, Macan, Panamera, Taycan and Classics.
For the Race Class: Motorsport product (GT RS, Clubsport, Cup, GT3R, 935) or Classic Racecars (RSR, GT1)
Are vehicle modifications are allowed?
Yes, as long as the vehicle conforms to road-legal regulations (Road Class).
Can I have a co-driver with me?
Yes, passengers are allowed and must wear a helmet for any driving on track (guests should bringing their own helmet). For off-track activities, no helmet is required.
Am I able to mount a camera in/on my car?
No exterior mounted cameras are allowed as they are a safety hazard if they come loose. Cameras may be allowed if they are securely mounted inside of a vehicle with the windows in the upright and closed position.
Off-Track Activity FAQs
What can I expect as a non-driving visitor to the event?
Non-driving guests are able to explore the grounds and participate in the vehicle displays, hospitality and possible test drive activities (rules apply). Passengers are allowed and must wear a helmet for any driving on track (guests should bringing their own helmet). For off-track activities, no helmet is required.
Will Porsche Canada have their own vehicle display?
Yes, Porsche Canada will have vehicles on display.
