Each year, we partner with our friends at the PCA UCR Chapter for our annual driving tour towards the end of summer. Our last driving tour on record was in 2019 where we followed a very scenic route through downtown Toronto and eastbound towards the Bluffs. We finished the drive off with a lovely meal at the exclusive clubhouse of the Scarborough Golf Club. After skipping over 2020 for obvious reasons, the 2021 edition has been officially named the Porsche Centre Downtown Toronto Lake Ontario Boulevard Cruise, and is taking place this year on Sunday September 19th. The route was mapped out and driven by the UCR 2018 Enthusiast of the Year and veteran, Eric Wang, who graciously took his 911 GT3 out carving, testing and finalizing the fantastic approach for this Sunday’s cruise. We are going to be headed even more east this year, all the way over to Port Hope where we will be enjoying a delicious lunch at the Railside Restaurant. The forecast looks spectacular – sunny and a comfortable 22 degrees, which is perfect Porsche cruising weather. Drop the top, drop the windows, raise the revs and ENJOY!!
