Year 2020 has brought an evolutional change to many people’s lives. The world we once knew has changed and we’ve needed to adjust how we live each day. The need for some cheer and excitement is more crucial now than ever so we thought what better way is there to achieve this than hosting a Porsche Classic Parade. To make this happen, Porsche Centre Downtown Toronto and Porsche Canada joined forces to share some positive light and smiles with our elderly community. On July 9th, 2020, we organized a Classic Parade to visit the retirement residents and staff at the Revera Forest Hill Place. This initiative helped both the Porsche Classic owners and our dear friends at the retirement home relive some iconic memories of their dream vehicles from their youth. During the visit, Revera Forest Hill Place residents and staff also got a chance to enjoy some healthy treats custom made by Porsche Canada. Our proud Porsche Classic owners also had the opportunity to share some interesting facts and stories about their vehicles which attendees were more than happy to hear. We had a lovely selection of Porsche 911s, 944s and even a 928. We also brought out a few of our newer vehicles like the all-electric Taycan Turbo and a couple of our popular SUVs to join in the fun. We look forward to more Porsche Parades in the near future.
