The Marketing team for the Go Auto Luxury Platform have been working to include other local businesses and organizations in their events for the past couple of years. This was never more evident than on Wednesday August 15th when Porsche Centre Edmonton hosted Horse Power & Heels.
Through some clever networking and relentless calling Blaire Wortley, Client Care and Events Co-Ordinator for the Luxury Platform, pulled together a very impressive ladies-only-fundraiser which checked a multitude of boxes.
The aim of the evening as to raise money to, through our chosen charity, Women United, to assist in ensuring local girls graduate High School, providing support, professional advice and tutoring for young ladies having a tough time.
With a red carpet welcome and Champagne on arrival, the PCE showroom has never looked so glamorous, decked out beautifully with ‘clothier-to-the-stars’, boutique clothing line Shop Resort on hand, to dress, advise, size and sell some stunning garments. Our showroom was instantly abuzz when the doors opened with over 100 local Women, many of them new to our showroom, arriving to sample the delightful spread.
With Incredible food, live DJ and Illusionist Matt Gore blowing some beautiful minds with his slight-of-hand, the three packed hours was a real treat to watch unfold in our showroom.
Topped of with a Hollywood-worthy prize package, and raising enough to see five girls graduate, Horse Power & Heels was truly great.
Well done Blaire and thank you to Jenny, Ashley, Emily and Kali for helping make the night happen.
