2016 proved to be a tough year for Porsche, they lost their competitive edge with the layout of their rear engine 911 coming in dead last in the manufacturer’s championship for the GT Pro category this year in the World Endurance Championship getting beat out by Ferrari and Ford with their mid-engine cars.
