From January 29-30, Porsche Centre North Toronto welcomed 10 guests in Mécaglisse, Quebec for the 2024 Porsche Ice Experience Program.
The Porsche Ice Experience program invites drivers to experience Porsche in a whole new way. Expert Porsche instructors teach drivers to conquer the season on specially prepared snow and ice tracks.
Participants develop winter driving skills and learn to handle a Porsche the way it's designed to be driven.
Designed for cold-weather testing and performance driving, Mécaglisse, the program location just outside of Montreal.
It has several features that help distinguish this experience, including several circuits, large skid pads, and several challenging handling courses. The outcome is picturesque winter wonderland for the driving enthusiast.
PCNT guests participated in the Ice Trial program, with several Porsche 911 Dakar.
During this one-day driving experience, attendees practiced proper winter braking, cornering techniques, drive angles, and speed correction in a fleet of 911 models – all under the supervision of Porsche Canada’s expert instructors.
To conclude the experience, each participant enjoyed a thrilling hot lap around track with a Porsche driving instructor.
Our guests were hosted by Michael Kucyi (Pre-Owned Sales Manager) and Dilreet Kaur-Kurl (Financial Controller) of the PCNT management team at the nearby Esterel Resort Hotel & Spa.
In addition to the driving activities, program attendees enjoyed meals at the resort, and access to the multiple amenities, including the Nordic spa.
