I was not afraid to take risks or to step out of my comfort zone to help me grow and expand beyond my fears.• What is your motto in life?

I strive to a better version of myself. I have an appetite to learn, evolve, improve and add value as an individual whether it is through people, challenges or failures.

Develop self-awareness- Accept your insecurities and flaws; build on your strengths.

• What inspired you to follow your dreams in your work?
My family instilled strong morals since I was very young and they always said that to reach one’s dreams, it would take hard work. Being a strong believer that women can do the same job as men, my goal to was to make a difference by working in an industry that I love and show people that it can be done.
• What is your motto in life?
Enjoy and appreciate the little things in life, they might end up being the biggest.
• What drives you to continue working towards new goals?
Sense of achievement. I believe that I along with other women in our industry are making a difference in showing people that women can be successful in the automotive industry. As someone once told me, we need get our foot in, so we can open the door wider for the rest.

I believe that strong work ethics, integrity, positive attitude, honesty, inclusion and teamwork has and will always be important to me in my success at work and in life.

Do not settle for anything less than you deserve. Be authentic, keep creating a bold and beautiful life and keep dreaming big because every dream no matter how big or small is worth catching.

I’ve always enjoyed meeting new clients and hearing about their life experiences and success. Their stories inspired me to work harder and continue pursuing my dreams.
Learning about how they got to where they are today is motivational and encouraging.
• What is your motto in life?
I take pride in being good at what I do. Its important as a woman to do your best in whatever you pursue in life. Being role a model to my peers, colleagues and even clients is important to set an example.

The sense of achievement and success, that “you made it” feeling. The feeling of accomplishment. Have no regrets or feeling guilty about something because you’ve earned it.

Be honest, professional, have integrity, be open minded and being able adapt to change.

Be courageous, don’t give up, because if you do, you limit your ability to grow. Know your worth and don’t be intimidate by challenges! They are opportunities to overcome, become strong and more confident
