The 2023-2025 Porsche 911 GT3 RS (992.1), known on circuits as the "winged monster" and feared by its pursuers, is already setting new standards in the production version - with a radical aerodynamic concept and extensive lightweight construction. A breathtaking super sports car. Its goal: absolute perfection.
Among those who understand the 911 GT3 RS, there is always a quiet awareness that owning one is never simply a purchase. It is a statement of belonging to the most focused side of Porsche. The Manthey Kit for the 992.1 GT3 RS does not change that identity. Instead, it sharpens it to levels most owners will never experience.
Born from Porsche Motorsport and Manthey’s championship winning experience at the Nürburgring Nordschleife, this Kit pushes the RS beyond the boundaries already set by the standard production car. Radical aerodynamics, semi active chassis technology and motorsport grade brake components converge into a single unified performance package. The result is a 911 that responds like a race car yet remains completely approachable with clear road approval and factory warranty unchanged.
Note: Road approval and warranty remain unchanged. The individual components of the 911 GT3 RS Manthey Kit are precisely matched to each other. For this reason, they may only be installed together on the vehicle. Available individual items are shown separately.

Real world intention
Toronto streets offer a very different challenge from the Nürburgring. Yet the Manthey Kit carries the same calm precision. Cruising the DVP or idling at a red light near Bayview, you feel the car’s presence without the drama. The RS remains civil, the accelerator responsive, the steering light yet connected.
On track the transformation becomes unmistakable. The moment you crest Turn Two at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, the RS carries speed without nervousness. Through Calabogie’s sweeping downhill sections, the aero platform feels planted rather than fragile. At the Nordschleife on the Nurburgring, the car finds its rhythm in Fuchsröhre and demands absolute confidence that most road going cars cannot provide. With Manthey, you quickly understand why these kits are pursued by the most obsessive RS owners around the world.
Aerodynamics Package
High downforce is the soul of the GT3 RS. Manthey and Porsche engineers focus on extracting even more without increasing drag. The new aerodynamic package generates more than one hundred kilograms of additional downforce over the standard RS at 285 kilometers per hour.
It begins at the front. An enlarged lip with a refined wing profile is mounted against carbon reinforcement elements. Wheel arch gurneys and flaps guide air that would otherwise create turbulence and distribute it where the chassis can use it. A smooth underbody cooperates with the front lip and increases downforce at the nose by optimizing airflow beneath the vehicle.
The rear window is replaced with a carbon cover that lowers mass by twenty five percent. Mounted to it is a carbon shark fin that provides stability in high-speed cornering. Six roof fins evacuate warm exhaust air from the front radiator outward instead of into the engine intake stream, resulting in cooler incoming air and a measurable increase in performance.
The rear wing is where the RS becomes unmistakable. Split carbon DRS blades with enlarged end plates deliver more rear axle downforce and smoother acceleration when leaving the apex. The wider diffuser features longer carbon fins that further transform airflow into usable load without increasing drag.
The entire package is completed by carbon aerodiscs on the rear wheels, reducing drag and supporting the airflow balance across the car.
The result is a GT3 RS that feels like it was engineered specifically for a track like CTMP. The car locks into its line between Moss Corner and the back straight and allows speed that would be unthinkable in the standard RS. Yet on the 401 during a calm evening drive, the car remains composed and quietly purposeful.
Semi active Coilover Suspension
Manthey does not treat suspension tuning as a compromise between comfort and aggression. It treats it as a tool to unlock the RS’s full aerodynamic capability.
The spring rates are increased by thirty percent at the front and fifteen percent at the rear to support higher aerodynamic loads. A newly developed control unit works with four-wheel acceleration sensors and three body sensors to constantly adjust damper behavior in real time.
Each damper integrates two separate valves. One manages compression and one manages rebound, each controlled independently. Compared with single valve units, this setup provides direct adaptation to driving inputs and road surface conditions.
Modes include Normal, Sport and Track. In Track, drivers can manually adjust baseline damper settings through the steering wheel.
On the Nürburgring the effect is obvious in fast sweepers like Schwedenkreuz where the RS no longer feels like a car fighting downforce. It becomes a machine working in harmony with airflow. On Ontario’s famous Muskoka back roads, the suspension reads imperfections without punishing occupants, even while maintaining razor sharp response.
Brake Line Set with Steel Sleeve
A 911 pushing this level of aerodynamic load must be trusted under late braking. The Manthey brake line set with steel sleeve resists expansion under heat or pressure, delivering a direct and consistent pedal response. It compresses the distance between braking point and apex in ways that road systems cannot replicating true motorsport intent.
For vehicles equipped with PCCB, Manthey racing brake pads are available. Designed specifically for track use, these pads enhance fading resistance and offer constant friction across a broad heat range while maintaining disciplined wear and low disc aggression. Trail braking into Turn Five at CTMP becomes a fluid action rather than a negotiation.
Additional Features
Manthey does not leave the details to chance. Illuminated matte carbon door sill panels with red and white Manthey script greet you each time you step inside. LED door projection lamps display the Manthey emblem onto the ground with a crisp white glow. Aerodisc foiling is available in multiple colors to complement bodywork or wheels.
For drivers committed to circuit days, a Manthey tow strap is available for front and rear use. Offered in red, black or yellow, it fits in the factory threaded mounts and must be removed before road use. Manthey logo decals in neodymium, white or black can be applied to the doors for an understated but unmistakable signature.
Manthey ownership is never about simple performance tuning. It is about joining a very small group of Porsche owners who have gone beyond configuration sheets and have chosen Motorsport proven development. The GT3 RS Manthey Kit is not for everyone. It is for those who understand why having something others do not is meaningful.
