Porsche has unveiled the latest generation of its iconic Panamera, once again pushing boundaries for luxury sports cars. Now in its third-gen, the new Panamera comes with additional digital features, a design refresh, enhanced performance, and more power.
Porsche understands the growing demand for eco-friendly vehicles, and the new Panamera delivers with its E-Hybrid powertrains. The Panamera Turbo E-Hybrid has remarkable fuel efficiency with a high-performance electric motor combined with a V8 turbo engine. It delivers system outputs of 670 hp and 685 lb-ft of torque, with an electric range of 91 kilometers. The Panamera Turbo E-Hybrid will go from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds with top speeds of 315 km/h. The battery capacity is now 25.9 kW (previously 17.9-kWh) and a new 11 kW on-board AC charger means you can get a full charge at Porsche Destination Charging stations or other suitable charging ports in just over two-and-a-half hours.
To ensure a smooth ride, the Panamera is equipped with a dual-chamber two-valve air suspension system and Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM). This system provides an exceptional balance between comfort and sportiness. For even more agility, there’s the Porsche Active Ride active suspension system available as an option for E-Hybrid models. This groundbreaking tech uses active shock absorbers to deliver precise handling and control.
The new Panamera features a dynamic and modern design that breathes new life into its classic proportions. With its updated front and rear design elements, the silhouette feels even more athletic than before.
Inside, the Porsche Driver Experience cockpit has been completely redesigned. It’s a well considered balance between digital and analogue controls, with careful consideration having been paid to the positioning of every aspect, like the gear selector lever directly to the right of the steering wheel. There’s also now direct access to the mode switch for Normal, Sport and Sport Plus, which is placed in such a way where the driver doesn’t take their eyes off the road.
Porsche has also taken safety to the next level with the new Panamera. Standard Matrix LED headlights provide exceptional illumination, and the extensive range of driver assistance systems includes features like active speed assistance, lane guidance, and junction assist.
Communication has also been enhanced. The new Panamera seamlessly integrates digital life with the Porsche Communication Management (PCM) system, so drivers can connect their personal digital ecosystem effortlessly, making it easier than ever to interact with your car. Additionally, Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto are supported.
