We held our 50th anniversary of the 911 celebration downtown Oakville in July; and, while ongoing construction at Porsche Centre Oakville made the dealership unavailable to host the event, we were fortunate to be able to hold the celebration in Towne Square, in the heart of downtown Oakville.
This was our inaugural event in the community, and our first opportunity to meet many of the Porsche enthusiasts in the area. To be candid we were absolutely surprised with the show of support. Sure, we know that Halton and the surrounding area is home to a good number of Porsche lovers; however, we were amazed to see how many of you came out to say hello. And, by your enthusiasm it didn’t hurt that the weather was perfect.
We live-streamed the event and captured video of what we are now calling the Cavalcade of Porsche. It was an awesome sight to see (and, hear) so many Porsches driving through the streets of Oakville.
The event was a great success, thanks to your support. We came away feeling even more excited about the future of Porsche west of Toronto.
