Our candidate for the Porsche Canada classic Cayenne restoration competition, a 2005 Cayenne Turbo from Japan, will undergo a mechanical refresh before a number of unique and distinctive customization touches are applied. Pre-owned manager Elliot Martins explains the work being undertaken.

With the mechanical refresh complete, let’s take a look at some of the upgrades made to toughen up this already rugged and capable. Porsche Centre Vaughan’s 2005 Cayenne Turbo, competing in the Porsche Canada Classic Restoration Competition, was inspired by a 1:43 scale model, which still sits on pre-owned manager Elliot Martins’ desk. Now, inspiration becomes reality as we unveil our completed project. Fitted with numerous upgrades and a wrap inspired by that 1:43 model, it has been transformed into a roadside rescue vehicle.

It’s a day in the life of our Cayenne roadside rescue vehicle, a 2005 Cayenne Turbo originally sold in Japan, and which underwent a transformation during the Porsche Canada Classic Restoration Competition. Ride along with members of our service team as they render assistance to customers in need. The upgraded, toughened Cayenne project car will join Porsche Centre Vaughan’s service fleet for the next several months, so look out for it on the road.
