A leader at heart
Originally from Lévis, Charles grew up in an entrepreneurial environment. From an early age, he was introduced to business management techniques by his parents and grandparents, leaving him with a thirst for the business world. Driven by projects, Charles had no choice but to pursue his studies in the Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Quebec at Rimouski, Lévis campus. His leadership, his interpersonal skills and his vision as a founder allowed him to quickly start a business specializing in food distribution in Quebec. In addition to working with Porsche Centre Quebec team as a Service Advisor, Charles owns a few dozen vending machines across Ste-Foy. Although this company is young and growing, Charles loves the challenges this can bring him, especially in procurement and accounting. A strong advocate for the interests of his clients, Charles describes himself as "A man of customer experience." His strengths: his human side, his empathy and his constant desire to always improve relations with his clients. He likes to please people with his personality, and our customers love him.
Traveling, a passion
Also fond of travel, Charles conquered several lands, including a good part of English Canada, where he planted no less than 140,000 trees for a well-established company there, Evergreen Forest Services. He also traveled to Iceland, in the North Atlantic Ocean. Iceland is full of canyons, steep cliffs and geysers of all kinds. Charles can confirm that this country is a real land of contrasts. Made up of immense glaciers, Iceland is nevertheless an island of volcanoes and breathtaking landscapes, especially with Skógafoss Falls, Skaftafell National Park, Lake Mývatn, Skagafjörður Valley and the Golden Circle. Charles returns to Quebec with his head full of memories of this country so aptly nicknamed “Land of fire and ice”. Porsche has always been a manufacturer that attached as much importance to the preservation of its classic cars as to its new models. Charles's personality therefore aligns directly with this notion, since Charles proclaims himself a lover of the classics. As he puts it so well: "Me, my dream ... is to wear suspenders and listen to old Rock in my Porsche 930 Turbo".
