Recent roadshow at VIMC was a resounding success, featuring an exclusive lineup of new 2024 models that drew in Porsche drivers from around the province.
Porsche Centre Victoria recently hosted a spectacular day of automotive exhilaration at the Vancouver Island Motorsport Circuit (VIMC). The event, held on Tuesday, August 22, showcased the latest and most advanced 2024 Cayenne and Taycan models. Participants had the unique opportunity to experience these vehicles through dynamic autocross-style driving at VIMC and open-road adventures.
“Everyone was excited to try out the new Cayenne and Taycan cars,” said Adam Ma, General Manager of Porsche Centre Victoria. "We had a packed house with over 50 passionate drivers in attendance and can’t wait for the next event.”
Track Highlights
The day was filled with unbridled energy as enthusiasts and prospective customers got a first-hand experience of the power and sophistication of the new 2024 Porsche lineup. The closed course allowed drivers to push these models to their limits on VIMC's challenging track, while forays into public roads helped them to appreciate their comfort and refined daily-driver experience.
High-Energy Anniversary
In addition to the test drives, Porsche Canada brought a mobile showroom to the event. This immersive environment offered interactive displays, customization options, and a glimpse into Porsche's rich heritage with its 75-Year Anniversary Livery. The showroom was not just a visual treat but an informative hub, highlighting the brand's commitment to innovation and excellence.
