As the thrilling 2024 Porsche Esports Series drew to a close, we are proud to announce the final standings of our dedicated drivers. Richard Hibbs finished P17 in the Porsche Sports Carrera Cup Canada Series, and Nikki Barovic secured P19 in the Porsche Esports Spring Challenge Canada Series. Both drivers showed remarkable improvement throughout the eight races, demonstrating their skill and determination on the track.
To commemorate the end of the series, we hosted our first Cars and Coffee event of the year, which saw over 100 people and cars gather to celebrate the achievements of our drivers and excitement of the season. Event attendees enjoyed entertainment from a live DJ, a pancake breakfast courtesy of our Parts Manager, Taylor, and, of course, coffee!
Our showroom was a highlight of the event, showcasing a 918 Spyder and an Arctic Grey GT4 RS. The event also offered guests an opportunity to try their hand behind the wheel of a Porsche on one of two Esports simulators. Guests lined up to experience the thrill of racing a 718 on the Vancouver Island Motor Circuit track. The top five lap times were rewarded with exciting prizes, adding a competitive edge to the fun-filled morning.
Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate the end of the 2024 Porsche Esports Series. Your enthusiasm and support made the event a huge success, and we look forward to more exciting events and racing action in the future!
