Steve has vast automotive experience and an unwavering passion for customer service and technical expertise spanning over ten years, much of which has been spent in service-related roles. Steve's technical expertise is impressive as he has extensive knowledge of the latest technologies and advancements in the automotive industry, and his ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues has cemented his reputation as a trusted expert in the field. Coupled with his remarkable interpersonal skills, he has a deep understanding of the importance of building strong, meaningful relationships and has a knack for easily communicating complex technical concepts.

As an Assistant Service Manager at Porsche Centre Victoria, Steve is excited to use and further hone his skills and experience to provide exceptional service experiences to Porsche owners.
