3 PhasesThe rollout process is divided into 3 phases: Content Gathering Phase, Website Creation Phase and Handover Phase.During the Content Gathering Phase - about two weeks -  the dealers fill out the Content Onboarding Excel and the User Access Excel.During the Website Creation Phase the initial pages are being built for the dealers by using the Content Onboarding Excel as batch import. During the Handover Phase, the dealers take over the responsibility for the content once the preview links have been provided.
