1. Kick-off | Market Lead provides Dealers with project overview and onboarding documents. Market Lead and Dealers agree on content delivery date.
2. Content Gathering & Delivery | Dealers fill out onboarding documents (Content Onboarding Excel, User Access Excel) and send them back to Market Lead. Market Lead reviews documents for completeness. | Market Lead submits completed onboarding documents via Service Desk. The initial pages are now built based on the content provided in the documents.
3. Review & Sign-off | Dealers are responsible for content once preview links have been provided. Prior to Review, Dealers have already completed training in order to edit their own content. Market Lead / Dealers create ticket for Go-Live.
4. Go-Live | Dealer Websites are live, and our journey continues!
