Form module

Description

The Sitecore Forms module can be used to build forms that record and report information provided by users on the live site. Editors can create their own form with very specific fields.With the Sitecore Forms application, an editor can:

Create forms from templates.
Add custom elements from the form (checkbox, dropdown, etc)
Apply form validation.
