At Porsche Centre Bolton, we are proud to represent one of the world’s most iconic automotive brands, and we are excited to be recruiting a full-time Porsche Pro to join our team at our Bolton site.

Our state-of-the-art Centre features a 35-car showroom, a 12-bay workshop, customer handover bays, two direct dialogue bays and electric vehicle (EV) charging points, providing an exceptional environment for both customers and colleagues.

The Role

We are looking for a full-time Porsche Pro who is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role is all about personality, enthusiasm and a genuine love for Porsche, combined with an up-to-date understanding of the latest automotive technology.

This is not a traditional sales role. As a Porsche Pro, you will act as a brand ambassador, sharing your passion for Porsche in a pressure-free and engaging way. Your focus will be on creating excitement around our cars while delivering a highly personalised experience — from showcasing performance and features to understanding each customer’s lifestyle and how different vehicles and equipment best suit their needs.

Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you will have experience in a customer-facing environment, with your passion for Porsche evident from the moment we meet you.

You will also demonstrate:

  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

  • A self-motivated and proactive approach

  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

  • A full UK driving licence

Hours of work are an average of 42.5 hours per week:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, with a 60-minute unpaid lunch break, plus two Saturdays per month from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a 60-minute unpaid lunch break. When a Saturday is worked, a day off will be provided during the following week.
