Customers and colleagues from Porsche Centre Bolton and Porsche Centre Preston recently joined thousands of Porsche enthusiasts at Silverstone to celebrate an incredible milestone – 75 years of Porsche in the UK.

 

Held over the summer solstice weekend, the inaugural Icons of Porsche: Sunstede Silverstone Edition brought together more than 10,000 owners, fans and members of the Porsche community for a spectacular celebration of the brand's heritage, innovation and motorsport success.

 

The event featured an unforgettable line-up of historic and modern Porsche models, thrilling on-track demonstrations and exclusive UK premieres, alongside live entertainment, displays and activities celebrating everything that makes the Porsche community so special. Visitors also had the opportunity to see iconic racing cars, including the legendary 917, 911 GT1-98 and 919 Hybrid, as well as two exclusive UK-inspired models revealed for the first time.

 

For our customers and staff, the weekend was a fantastic opportunity to share their passion for Porsche with fellow enthusiasts from across the country. From admiring rare and iconic models to experiencing the unique atmosphere at the Porsche Experience Centre Silverstone, the event perfectly captured the spirit of the Porsche family.
