A decade after its initial debut, Porsche embarks on an exciting chapter in Macan’s evolution. The 2024 Macan lineup introduces two remarkable models: the all-electric Macan 4 and the all-electric Macan Turbo.
These new all-electric SUVs blend cutting-edge technology, performance prowess, and practicality, redefining the standards for electric mobility.
Design
Both the Macan 4 and Macan Turbo boast a sporty and dominant appearance, staying true to Porsche's design DNA.
The sharpened proportions, flat sloping bonnet, and pronounced haunches contribute to a dynamic visual impression. The new Macan's elongated wheelbase, paired with short overhangs and sleek headlights, emphasises its sporty and modern appeal. The Porsche Active Aerodynamics (PAA) not only enhances aesthetics but also improves the SUVs' efficiency, with an impressive air resistance coefficient of 0.25.
The typical Porsche fly line forms a unit with the flat rear window. In conjunction with the frameless doors with characteristic side blades, the result is a sporty, crouched line. The rear appears muscular due to the pronounced shoulders at the back. The Porsche logo is now in the middle of the sculptural 3D light strip.
Porsche Driving Experience
Both Macan models feature the latest generation display and operating concept with up to three screens, including the 12.6-inch instrument cluster in a curved design and the 10.9-inch central display.
A unique addition is the front passenger's optional 10.9-inch screen, allowing them to engage with infotainment and streaming content. Also new is the head’s up display with augmented reality technology which enhances the driving experience by seamlessly integrating virtual elements like navigation arrows.
