Powerful, efficient and engineered for sustained performance
Like other models in the Cayenne Electric family, the Cayenne S Electric features a 113 kWh high-voltage battery and benefits from Porsche’s advanced 800-volt architecture.
At a suitable DC fast charger, charging performance reaches up to 400 kW, with the battery able to charge from 10 to 80 per cent in under 16 minutes under optimal conditions.
The new model uses an electric motor on both the front and rear axles for all-wheel drive performance. System output reaches 400 kW (544 PS) in normal operation and up to 490 kW (666 PS) with Launch Control.
For even greater performance consistency, the Cayenne S Electric adopts direct oil cooling for the rear electric motor, a feature shared with the Cayenne Turbo Electric. This helps maintain output under high loads while improving efficiency. The rear-axle pulse inverter also uses silicon carbide semiconductor technology, allowing it to process particularly high currents for enhanced performance.
Distinctive Cayenne S styling
The Cayenne S Electric has its own visual identity within the range, with model-specific front and rear aprons finished in Volcano Grey Metallic. The inserts and rear diffuser are painted in the exterior body colour, creating a more defined and sporting look.
The standard specification also includes 20-inch Cayenne S Aero wheels, further reinforcing its unique position in the line-up.
