Porsche has revealed the new flagship of its 911 range at the IAA Mobility motor show: the 911 Turbo S, now the most powerful production 911 ever built.
Performance & Powertrain:
• 711 PS (523 kW), 800 Nm torque.
• 0–62 mph in 2.5 seconds, top speed of 200 mph.
• Powered by an advanced T-Hybrid system with two electric exhaust gas turbochargers and an eight-speed PDK transmission.
• About 14 seconds faster on the Nürburgring Nordschleife than its predecessor, clocking a 7:03.92 lap.
The new hybrid system, first seen in the 911 Carrera GTS, has been upgraded with dual eTurbos, improving response and efficiency. Despite added components, the car is only 85 kg heavier than before.
Handling & Braking:
• New generation tyres, wider at the rear (325/30 ZR 21).
• Standard ceramic composite brakes – the largest ever on a two-door Porsche.
• Enhanced aerodynamics with active cooling flaps, front diffuser, and a variable rear wing.
• Standard Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (ehPDCC) for greater agility and comfort, with an optional fast-acting front axle lift system.
Design & Features:
• Distinctive styling with wider body, Turbonite accents, titanium exhaust system, and exclusive wheel options.
• Interior highlights include carbon trim, perforated microfibre headliner, 18-way sports seats, and Turbo S-specific detailing.
• Coupé delivered as a two-seater (optional 2+2), Cabriolet standard with 2+2 layout.
• HD Matrix LED headlights, PASM suspension, Sport Chrono package, and titanium sports exhaust come as standard.
Customisation:
Through Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur, buyers can choose from over 100 exterior colours, carbon elements, custom interiors and lightweight options like carbon wiper arms.
To complement the car, Porsche Design offers a 911 Turbo S chronograph, customizable with vehicle-matching colours, wheel-inspired rotors and a strap made from Porsche interior leather.
