Porsche has introduced the new 911 Carrera S, positioned between the 911 Carrera and 911 Carrera GTS. It features a 3.0-litre twin-turbo flat-six engine producing 480 PS (353 kW) and 530 Nm of torque, a 30 PS (22 kW) increase over its predecessor. With an 8-speed Porsche dual-clutch transmission (PDK), the Carrera S accelerates from 0 to 62 mph in 3.3 seconds and reaches a top speed of 191 mph.
The Carrera S comes with an upgraded standard equipment list, including 20/21-inch staggered wheels, a sports exhaust system, Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV+), and a new brake system from the 911 Carrera GTS. Optional features include Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) and the PASM sports suspension with rear-wheel steering. This combination improves handling, stability, and driving dynamics.
Inside, the Carrera S offers luxurious leather trim as standard, with an optional upgrade for more leather coverage and contrast stitching in Crayon. It also includes tech features such as Matrix LED headlights, wireless smartphone charging, and options like a front axle lift system, HD-Matrix LED headlights, and the Sport Chrono package with the Porsche Track Precision app.
The 911 Carrera S is available in both Coupé and Cabriolet models. With its powerful performance, refined interior, and advanced tech, the 911 Carrera S offers an exciting option for sports car enthusiasts.
