What does the role of Host involve?
- · Handling telephone inquiries with professionalism establishing their needs to ensure they are directed to the correct department/team member first time
- · Welcoming customers to the dealership making sure that they are assisted in a caring and pleasant manor
- · Maintaining customer facing areas, updating and maintaining the dealership diary and other general administrative duties
What do you need to succeed as a Host?
- · Administrative and customer service experience
- · Fantastic organisation skills
- · Good telephone manner
As our Database Team Member you’ll be responsible for maintaining customer records by administrating regular database cleansing, fulfilling customer data requests and supporting the Sales team with extensive data requirements.
Experience of working in a busy environment is essential along with excellent IT skills particularly Microsoft Excel. You will be able to accurately manipulate large sets of data and have a keen eye for detail. You must be well motivated and reliable, with a 'can do' attitude.
What does the role of Database Team Member involve?
· Extracting and manipulating data
· Formatting data in readiness to be uploaded to online systems.
· Liaising with internal departments where needed
· Maintaining CMS customer records in accordance with customer requests.
· Management of database cleanse routines
· Generating campaign performance reports.
· Ad-Hoc administration tasks as required.
What do you need to succeed as a Database Team Member?
· Ability to manipulate large sets of data.
· Strong I.T skills including Excel.
· The ability to use specific Excel functions including VLookup and Pivot tables.
· Self-motivated with an eye for detail and accuracy.
· The ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
· Pinnacle knowledge would be highly desirable.
