As part of Porsche Centre Preston’s Charged with Experience initiative, Porsche Pro Amy recently spent a week living with the all-electric Macan - and put it to the test in real-world conditions.

 

From family outings and city driving to a scenic trip through the Lake District, the Macan proved itself as a refined, capable, and comfortable everyday vehicle. Despite a full week of mixed driving, Amy didn’t need to charge the vehicle once - a clear reflection of its impressive range and real-world usability.

 

Amy shared that the Macan’s smooth, responsive drive made every journey feel effortless. She especially enjoyed the modern infotainment system, premium cabin design, and the confidence provided by the car’s parking assist features, particularly useful in busier environments like the Trafford Centre.

 

“It just made everything feel easy,” said Amy. “From navigating tight spaces to winding through country roads, the Macan was a joy to drive throughout the week. And the fact I didn’t have to charge it once really impressed me when it came to understanding the capabilities of electric vehicles”

 

The Charged with Experience initiative gives the Porsche Centre team the chance to experience the electric line-up just as customers would - on real roads, in real life.
