Together, they ensure our Centre operates to the highest standards while maintaining a welcoming, family-oriented environment.
Sales Team: Shifting Dreams into Drive
Led by our General Sales Manager, Ryan, our Sales Executives are passionate about matching each customer with the perfect Porsche. With in-depth product knowledge and a consultative approach, they guide you through every step of the journey. From selecting the ideal model to helping configure a bespoke specification and talking you through finance options. Their goal is simple: to make every purchase as exciting and seamless as possible. Our Porsche Pros are the performance experts and true product specialists. Joe and Ashley provide expert guidance on the features, technology, and performance capabilities across the Porsche range. Whether explaining innovative driver assistance systems or arranging test drives, they ensure every customer fully understands and enjoys the incredible engineering behind their vehicle. Our Sales Admin & Vehicle Progressor are the pit crew of our Centre, Helen works diligently behind the scenes to ensure every vehicle order is processed accurately by tracking vehicle arrivals, managing documentation and compliance while Chris takes his time photographing our vehicles and preparing detailed and accurate online listings.

Our Service Department is led by Wayne, our Aftersales Manager and Amy, our Customer Experience Manager who are supported by a knowledgeable team of Service Advisors. The unique combination ensures that exceptional aftercare and outstanding customer satisfaction go hand in hand. They provide clear communication, expert guidance and complete transparency through every stage of your visit and by listening closely to customer feedback, they continually refine processes to ensure every interaction reflects the premium standards of the Porsche brand. Behind every perfectly performing Porsche is our highly skilled Workshop Team, led by our Workshop Manager, Joanne and supported by our Service Quality Specialists and Porsche trained Technicians. Together, they ensure every vehicle is maintained and repaired to factory standards. From advanced diagnostics to meticulous quality checks, they combine technical expertise with precision and care. Their attention to detail ensures that every Porsche leaving our Centre delivers the performance, safety and driving experience our customers expect. Our Parts Advisors, Andrew, Neil and Josh manage genuine Porsche parts and accessories, ensuring the correct components are available when needed. Their knowledge supports both our Workshop and customers looking to personalise or maintain their vehicle.
Porsche Hosts: First on the Track
Our Porsche Hosts are the first friendly faces you'll meet when visiting the Centre, they ensure every guest feels valued and looked after from the moment they arrive. Whether it is Julie arranging refreshments or Rebecca directing you to the right department, they set the tone for the Porsche experience. Our Hosts are very knowledgeable about the Porsche Lifestyle Collection available in our Centre, from apparel and accessories to model cars and gift items, Ben is on hand to guide you through the range and help find the perfect piece to compliment the Porsche brand beyond the road.
Marketing & Business Support: Driving Our Vision
Our Marketing & Business Support team play a vital role in the success of Porsche Centre South Lakes by combining strategic promotion with operational excellence. Richard, our Marketing Manager leads campaigns, manages digital presence, coordinates events, and oversees customer communications, while Lauren, our Business Support ensures smooth operations through administration, reporting, compliance and Health & Safety. Together, they ensure every initiative runs efficiently and to Porsche's standards, allowing our customer facing teams to focus entirely on delivering a premium Porsche ownership experience.

Our Valeting Team takes pride in preparing every vehicle to immaculate standards.
