Meet the Team – Mark Perfect, Used Car Buyer at Porsche Centre Tonbridge

 

From collecting matchbox cars at infant school to managing the purchase of some of the world’s finest performance vehicles, Mark Perfect’s passion for cars has been lifelong.

Mark’s journey began early by the time he reached junior school, he was already custom-spraying his model cars in his dad’s garage and “trading” them at school for extra pocket money. It was a clear sign that the automotive world would one day become more than just a hobby.

 

After a brief diversion into the City of London in the mid-90s as a trainee accountant, Mark quickly found his way back to where he belonged cars. Since then, his career has been dedicated to buying and managing used vehicles, with the last 23 years spent exclusively in this specialist field.

 

Over the years, Mark has worked with some of the most prestigious automotive brands, including Aston Martin, Bentley, and most recently, BMW, where he spent an impressive 15 years. But despite this wealth of experience, there’s always been one marque close to his heart Porsche and we're thrilled to welcome him to the team at Porsche Centre Tonbridge.

 

“The 911 was my poster car growing up,” Mark says. “So, to now be part of the Porsche Tonbridge team is something I’m genuinely excited about.”

 

Outside of work, Mark enjoys life on two wheels just as much as four. He owns a BMW R nineT motorbike, loves mountain biking when time allows, and shares his downtime with his wife Jo, their two grown-up sons, and Bodie, the family’s Boston Terrier.
