Porsche Retail Group team members recently had the pleasure of travelling to Majorca, Spain, for an exclusive, hands on training programme dedicated to the highly anticipated Cayenne Electric, ahead of its arrival in the UK later this year.
Over the course of three days, team members took part in a comprehensive experience designed to explore every element of the new model. For many, this was their first opportunity to see the Cayenne Electric in person and to witness first hand how Porsche is redefining performance in an electric SUV.
The programme offered an in depth look at the Cayenne Electric’s engineering, technology and driving dynamics. Individuals were guided through its new platform, battery systems and intelligent charging capabilities to gain a valuable insight into how Porsche has evolved its flagship SUV.
Team members also had the chance to experience the model on the road on the west coast of the island, experiencing its responsiveness, refinement, and control.
Key highlights of the new Cayenne Electric include:
• Supercar inspired performance with the comfort expected of a Porsche SUV
• 113 kWh high-voltage battery offering an official range of up to 398 miles in ideal conditions
• Ultra rapid DC charging, achieving 10-80% in just 16 minutes
• The Cayenne Turbo accelerates from 0-62 mph in an impressive 2.5 seconds and reaches a top speed of 162 mph
• Driver-centric luxury, including an integrated “Flow Display” on the dashboard and new Voice Pilot
