NOTICE is hereby given to all our customers, channel partners and to the general public at large that Jubilant Performance Cars Private Limited having its Registered Office at Old Survey No.6/1, BBMP Khata No.7-65-6/1, Beratana Agrahara, Hosur Main Road, Begur Ward No.192, Bengaluru, Karnataka - 560100 and doing business in the trade name and style of Porsche Centre Mumbai having Sales operations out of Hotel Trident, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400021 and Porsche Service Centre at Plot no.31, Sewri Fort Road, Sewri East, Mumbai, - 400015, is no longer associated with Porsche India as its authorized dealer with effect from October 01, 2020.
FURTHER NOTICE is given that, Jubilant Performance Cars Private Limited is not entitled or authorized by Porsche India to effect any Sale or provide any Aftersales service or accept any bookings or collect any money / deposits or do any other dealings / transactions relating to the Porsche Vehicles or Porsche Parts from the said date.
FURTHER NOTICE is also given that any person dealing with the said Jubilant Performance Cars Private Limited and / or any directors, employees or representatives of Jubilant Performance Cars Private Limited or any of their associates in respect of the Porsche business, shall do so at their own risk as to costs and consequences thereof.
