One of the biggest misconceptions about electric mobility is charging time. But with the next generation of models like the Cayenne Electric, that perception is becoming a thing of the past.

Powered by an 800-volt architecture, the system supports charging speeds of up to 390 kW—and even 400 kW under certain conditions—taking the battery from 10% to 80% in under 16 minutes. In real-world terms, just 10 minutes of charging can provide enough energy for up to 325 km of range.

The system is also engineered to deliver consistent, efficient performance across different charging infrastructures. Even with 400-volt chargers, the vehicle optimizes charging speeds by splitting the battery to maintain high performance without additional systems.
