Porsche Carrera Cup Asia crowns champions in thrilling Singapore finale


The 2025 Porsche Carrera Cup Asia brought another thrilling season to a close at the iconic Marina Bay Street Circuit, a venue long cherished by drivers, teams, and fans alike. As part of the Singapore Grand Prix support programme, the final two rounds of the championship delivered high drama, intense competition, and a fitting celebration of motorsport excellence.

Since its first appearance in 2008, the Marina Bay Circuit has been a highlight on the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia calendar, offering both a technical challenge and an unforgettable atmosphere. This year proved no exception, as the grid battled wheel-to-wheel beneath the city skyline to crown the new champions.

Representing Sime Motors Racing, Hugo Ellis showcased commendable pace and consistency across the season. Closing the year in Singapore, he secured second runner up in the overall driver standings, accumulating 213 championship points for Dealer's trophy.

Spanning 6 countries and fourteen rounds, the 2025 season once again underscored why the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia remains the premier one-make racing series in the region.

As the season concludes, teams now look ahead to 2026, ready to build on the momentum and continue pushing the boundaries of one-make competition across Asia’s most renowned circuits.
