Terms and conditions
- The Tequipment Sports Exhaust 30% offer is only available to Sime Darby Auto Performance Sdn. Bhd. customers and valid from 26 August 2021 until 31 October 2021.
- The 30% offer on the Porsche Tequipment Sports Exhaust covers additional parts that may be required, depending on the Porsche model when you upgrade to the Sport Exhaust system.
- Labour charges including 6% SST is applicable for the fitting of the Tequipment Sports Exhaust.
- The Tequipment Sport Exhaust parts warranty period of 2-Year commences from the date of purchase. Please retain the receipt as proof of purchase.
- Your Porsche vehicle must be maintained according to its respective annual vehicle maintenance schedule by Sime Darby Auto Performance Sdn. Bhd.
- The enhancement Tequipment Sports Exhaust will not affect your warranty policy.
- Your warranty policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper use or overstraining of the vehicle, e.g. in motorsport activities or as a result of overloading the performance of the vehicle.
- Failure to report the defect immediately or the Customer’s failure to provide an opportunity for rectification without delay despite having been requested to do so will result in voiding the respective claim.
- Sime Darby Auto Performance Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time.
