Please read the terms and conditions carefully 

 

1. All attendees must register for the event.
2. Please note slippers are not allowed for those who participate in the Driving Experience.
3. Slots are limited, please make sure you arrive on time for the program, so you don't lose your chance to join the drive program.
4. All participants are required to sign the Test Drive Agreement prior to participating in the activity.
5. Each participant must hold a valid driving license.
6. Participants must be 21 years of age or older to take part in the activity.
7. SAMACO MOTORS and Porsche Saudi Arabia is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the event. Participation is at the individual’s own risk.
8. All participants must attend the mandatory safety and vehicle briefing before the start of the activity. Failure to attend may result in exclusion from the event.
9. Participants are required to follow all instructions given by the event team, including safety marshals, instructors, and organizers, at all times.
10. The participant acknowledges that standard vehicle and personal insurance may not cover high-performance driving activities, and accepts full responsibility for any incidents, accidents, or damage caused during the event.
11. Please note those accompanying you will not be able to participate in the driving experience.
12. SAMACO MOTORS and Porsche Saudi Arabia reserves the right to refuse or revoke participation at any time for safety, non-compliance, or inappropriate behavior.
13. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program schedule without prior notice.
14. Children under (13) must be always accompanied by an adult.

By registering for and participating in this event, you agree that your personal data (such as name, contact details, driving license information, photos, and videos) may be collected, processed, and stored by SAMACO MOTORS and Porsche Saudi Arabia and its authorized partners for the purposes of event management, safety, communication, and promotional activities, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Your data will not be shared with third parties outside the scope of the event without your prior consent.

Media Coverage Notice
Please note that a professional media team will be documenting the event. Photos, videos, and audio recordings captured during the activity may be used in various media formats, including print, digital, broadcast, websites, and social media platforms. By attending, you consent to the use of your image and likeness for promotional and communication purposes by SAMACO MOTORS and Porsche Saudi Arabia.
