Requirements:

- Premium brand experience
- Exposure to retail
The Clerk reports to the Service Manager and is responsible for providing administrative services within the scope of your skill and ability.
The role includes booking, coordinating and confirming with the clients for vehicle service and repairs.
Operating and managing incoming calls for the service department.
Accurate recording of customer detail and additional repairs, ensuring accurate service history.
Ensuring that service bookings maximise the workshop potential.
