This job role is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and reception support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the Porsche Centre, serving as the first point of contact for customers and visitors, managing incoming calls, correspondence and mail distribution, coordinating meetings and conference calls, maintaining filing systems and office supplies, responding to enquiries, and delivering professional secretarial and office support services.

Requirements:

  • School leaving certificate minimum Grade 10/ N1
  • Recognised Spray-Painting apprenticeship qualification completion
  • 5 – 10 years’ experience in the role
  • Premium brand experience is an advantage.
  • Driver’s License. 

 

Responsible for spray painting automobiles, machines, and other products, ensuring preparation and painting quality meets Porsche standards, while managing colour selection, consumables, spray booth maintenance, and daily communication with the Body Shop Manager.
