For the second time since 2019, VALIN Confection and the Center Porsche Québec are joining forces to present the Man of Honor fashion show, intended to raise funds for the AutonHommie organization.
Located in Quebec City, this resource center for men's mission is to welcome men in difficulty, to give them the means to meet their needs and to participate in the overall evolution of the male condition. This year, the Autonhommie organization supported more than 1,058 men, which represents an increase of 56% compared to last year.
This fundraising activity will allow them to offer access to their services, free of charge, to the most vulnerable men in our community. An amount of $60,000 per year is required to maintain these services free. In order to ensure the success of the 2022 Man in the Spotlight event and in synergy with the Quebec Day for Men's Health and Well-Being, the event will take place on November 17.
It is essential to share with you that by helping a man, you are supporting this man, but you are also contributing to the well-being and safety of spouses, partners and children. In short, everyone wins, together we can make a difference.
Parade, appetizers, cocktails and entertainment will be on the agenda. The evening is intended to be an event of meetings, exchanges and raising awareness.
*A charity receipt will be issued for each person who purchased a ticket.
The event will be held in the new premises of the Center Porsche Québec.
