The Premier Dealer program was developed as a way to recognize and distinguish top Porsche dealers. The Premier Dealer award is only given to Porsche centers able to demonstrate a progression in excellence, through a highly qualified and dedicated team.
To be in the running for this prestigious award, the company must demonstrate its ability to meet and then exceed the high standards set by Porsche. Through a wide range of measurable criteria in sales, marketing and customer service, the recipient must exceed sales objectives in the various departments, maintain a customer satisfaction index above the national average, optimize the use of warranty programs, ensure the health of the vehicle fleet in circulation, maintain a rate of execution of safety and maintenance recalls above standards, optimize the security and quality of databases, ensure a quick response times to customer requests exceeding standards, actively participating in the manufacturer's various human resources programs and maintaining a score above 98% in the Porsche Business Excellence (PBE) program. The PBE Program also includes an extensive list of criteria focused on marketing and several other aspects of after-sales service.
